Joey sighting?

Hubby went running yesterday morning around 5 in the morning, in a nearby village, some 4-5 miles away perhaps and he saw a cat, identical to Joey with the exception he was wearing an unknown collar. Now it is =almost= impossible for Joey to get to that village as it's a long walk and he would have to cross a very busy highway, but there is always a possibility somebody picked him up here close to home and took him there. And of course it might not be him. I asked why he didn't investigate, but he said he was tired as it was an uphill run. Today he took the car and drove there but no cat to be seen. He said he will check it out again in the early hours. Bless the day Joey will return home.
