A new birth - soap giftbox

A couple of weeks ago I came across a small blue plate with 4 "robin egg" rose guestsoaps in it for around 2 dollars and took it. Didn't know really what to do with it.
The papercut strips for a nest looked fake, but the leaf shape blue plate was cute.

Than last week hubby got a small box with 4 expensive bonbons in it, each praline having it's own compartment. The kids took care of the bonbons and I took the box :)

I wanted to use the lovely hymnal title freebie of vintiquities and took the one "A new birth" for my box. I used a free graphic from the graphicfairy, loads of modpodge, some paperflowers, punched ribbon, a bronze filligree swirl, stickles, blue ribbon for closing the box and some designerpaper (dotted paper is Boe Bunny, the flower butterfly pattern is K&Company I think), blue and brown cardstock, a butterfly sticker and Tim Holtz distress ink.

Sketch is from Sketch saturday.

I love how it came out :)

Entered in these challenges:
1. Vintiquitiesworkshop contest (use of the hymnal title)
2. sketch saturday (the sketch)
3. Simon says (use blue, green and brown)
4. Sir Stampalot (punched border behind image and frame)

and coming monday
