Happy new year!

Well, we didn't celebrate the Latin New year, as we celebrated the Jewish New Year in September already, but I do wish you all a wonderful new year, a year filled with joy, prosperity, creativity, love, peace, health and happiness!

And while I assembled with hubby for my mother an Ikea double bookcase with glass doors, my mom baked us a Weihnachtstol, a traditional Christmas bread with "spijs" (almond sugar paste) and bought me a Poinsettia :) I always love how this plant brings so much atmosphere. The kids and hubby loved the bread so much, my mom made them another one :)
